PACC Party Information
PACC Parties are available most Sunday's (October 8, 2023 - May 12, 2024), 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm or 4:00-6:00 pm. All parties are dependent on facility and staffing availabilities. PACC Party Booking Procedure
No one under the age of 18 is allowed to rent PACC facilities. Complete online PACC Party Reservation Form at least 2 weeks in advance and turn in payment. Once a PACC staff member approves the party, a confirmation email will be sent out. Booking Policy No rooms/facilities will be held or booked until a payment is made in full and a signed PACC Party agreement is on file. PACC Party rentals will be booked in the order that they are received and paid. You will be charged for your booking regardless of your usage. Food & Refreshments Cake, party food and beverages may be brought into our facility for all parties. Plates, napkins, cups, etc. as well as Freezer/Refrigeration will not be provided. |
Cancellation Policy
Prior to 7 days of the party: 50% Refund
7 days or less: No Refund
Change Fee: If you decide to change the date or type of your party, there will be a $25.00 fee.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OR SEVERE WEATHER, THE Paynesville Area Community Center (PACC) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL RENTALS. RENTAL FEES WILL BE RETURNED ACCORDINGLY.
