PACC Party Information 

PACC Parties are available most Sunday's (October 8, 2023 - May 12, 2024),  1:30 pm - 3:30 pm or 4:00-6:00 pm.   All parties are dependent on facility and staffing availabilities.  To Book your party times Click Here  


 PLEASE READ: All party agreements must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the requested party date.  Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email.

PACC Party Booking Procedure
 No one under the age of 18 is allowed to rent PACC facilities.
 Complete online PACC Party Reservation Form at least 2 weeks in advance and turn in payment.
 Once a PACC staff member approves the party, a confirmation email will be sent out. 

Booking Policy
 No rooms/facilities will be held or booked until a payment is made in full and a signed PACC Party agreement is on file.
 PACC Party rentals will be booked in the order that they are received and paid.
 You will be charged for your booking regardless of your usage.

Food & Refreshments
 Cake, party food and beverages may be brought into our facility for all parties.  Plates, napkins, cups, etc. as well as Freezer/Refrigeration will not be provided.  
Cancellation Policy
 Prior to 7 days of the party: 50% Refund
 7 days or less: No Refund
 Change Fee: If you decide to change the date or type of your party, there will be a $25.00 fee.

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OR SEVERE WEATHER, THE Paynesville Area Community Center (PACC) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL RENTALS. RENTAL FEES WILL BE RETURNED ACCORDINGLY.

Bounce Party - $99 Members - $110 Non-Members
Our Bounce Parties are a hit for all ages!
  • PACC staff assist with set up and clean up
  • All guests receive 1 free daily admission
  • Birthday/Celebration child receives a t-shirt
  • Reserved Party Area for 1 hour,
  • Bounce House with Facilitator for 1 hour
  • Open Gym for .5 hour
  • Tables/chairs
  • Admission for 15 guests.  $5/Additional Guest
  • Gym Equipment - Basketballs, Dodgeballs, Etc. are available upon request. 
  • Use of gym equipment (free),

  • ​Ultimate Black Light Nerf Battle Party - $99 Members - $110 Non-Members
    Our Nerf Battle Parties are recommended for ages 10 and up.  
  • PACC staff assist with set up and clean up
  • All guests receive 1 free daily admission
  • Birthday/Celebration child receives a t-shirt
  • Reserved Party Area for 1 hour,
  • Tables/chairs
  • Black Light Nerf Battle Zone for 1 hour (Fully Mated 40x80 Room with full Black Lights) - Up to 16 people can play at a time.  
  • Open Gym for .5 hour
  • Admission for 15 guests.  $5/Additional Guest
  • Nerf Equipment Included - Blasters, Darts, Safety Glasses, Inflatable Bunkers, Etc. (Outside nerf guns are not allowed)  
  • Ultimate Nerf Facilitator/Host included for 1 Hour

    Our Dodgeball Parties are recommended for ages 8 and up.

  • Reserved Party Area for 1 hour,

  • Black Light Dodgeball Zone for 1 hour (Fully Mated 40x80 Room with full Black Lights)
  • Open Gym for .5 hour
  • Admission for 15 guests.  $5/Additional Guest
  • All Dodgeball Equipment Included
  • Ultimate Dodgeball Facilitator/Host included for 1 Hour

        Gym Party - $99 Members - $110 Non-Members
  • PACC staff assist with set up and clean up
  • All guests receive 1 free daily admission
  • Birthday/Celebration child receives a t-shirt
  • Reserved Party Area for 1 hour, Gym for 1.5 hours
  • Tables/chairs
  • Admission for 15 guests.  $5/Additional Guest
